At DLC Glow Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality haircare, skincare, and beauty products. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our cosmetic, skincare, and haircare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Description of the issue

Upon review, we will gladly provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive notification regarding approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Brow and lash products

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
