Shipping policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Product launches
  • Sales events
  • Holidays
  • High-volume order periods


Shipping Policy

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

DLC Glow Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Lost or Stolen Packages

DLC Glow Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
